i heard the tavern was pretty good, my parents have gone there, its right where that asian bowl place used to be i think, once town square is done, i think they'll have a good dragon hangout there, also by dragon stadium, there bound to build a cool draogn place as well, right?

I heard that in town square a Cheesecake Factory is being built and I cannot wait for that place to open. The other day I saw a sign for Red Hot and Blue coming to Southlake. I have never been to one of those, but I heard they are pretty good. My two favorite places in Southlake are still Chipotle and Kincaids

If there is one thing I miss about Longview, is the Pizza King. I haven't had Pizza King in months. The best pizza...period. This place only has one location and still manages to make the most money of any pizza place in a 200 mile radius. It really hit the spot after a good football game.

I have never been to Longview, but if I ever make it out there I will definitely check Pizza King out. What kind of Pizza is it? I am partial to the New York style thin crust.

In Austin there is a place called Mangia. They serve the best Chicago pizza I have ever had, but I have never been to Chicago. Some of my friends from Chicago did say that it was the best Chicago style pizza outside of Chicago. It is right by the University of Texas and has a giant dinosaur called a Mangiasaurus. The dinosaur was vandalized last year, but has just now been repaired and is back where it was before.

Joes is the best pizza that I have had in Southlake. I tell them to make the crust really well done and then have them slice sausage on top. It is the only way to have pizza

If you ever wanted to see a spectacle after a game, go to Po Melvin's in Southlake. That is where the Dragon Nation goes after EVERY game. I've left that place many times late and the place is still packed.

I had Mangia and wasn't too impressed. Everyone hyped it up way too much. It just tasted like Prego sauce in a dough bowl.
I had pizza at a place in Chicago called Giordano's. It was phenomenal. Got their double decker specialty. I can put away quite a bit of food, but I could only manage to finish one and a half slices of this stuff. Everything you've heard about the greatness of Chicago pizza is true. But, I'll have to stick with ole Pizza King. 40 years and counting!

Yeah but the effort of getting the order was too much for them....they were probably workined for like 6+ hours and it was midnight. Still not an excuse but I suppose thats why.

That was the only pizza place we sampled. The best food I had in Chicago PERIOD was some soul food that a church cooked up for us. Incredible.

If your talking up in Southlake, I don't know.
But down here in SA after a CJ game, the band gathers a CiCis pizza on FM 78. Football players and parents have been going to Taco Cabana(idk what road) for years. I myself goto McDonalds on the way home, just because i feel like sitting at the drive in and getting and ice cream cone and sometimes some fries.
