Selvin Young

It was good to see Selvin Young have a solid game for Denver last night even though they lost. He had about 75 yards rushing and 45 yards recieving. Plus, he had a nice 45 yard run called back on a BS holding play.

Just shows that you dont have to be a high draft choice or even a draft choice to make it in the NFL and be a pretty good player.

Selvin was definitely all over the place last night. I was glad to see Favre and the Packers win, but I loved seeing a Texas kid having a great game.

They were tearing Green Bay up with all those screens! :O It looked like it was really wet or something though. A lot of guys were slipping.

Unless Shanahan has a magic pill for increased durability you can count on Selvin being out with an injury in the next few games or so, and possibly a clutch fumble here and there.

That run he had where he turned a loss play into a first down when the Broncos were in the red zone at the end of the game was spectacular.

I am always amazed when guys get drafted really low and then they turn out to be great professionals (Tom Brady).

Ok, so here was the fantasy football scenario for me yesterday.

I went in to the game yesterday 76-82, down to my friend.

The one player I had left was Greg Jennings. At the end of regulation he had 59 yards. We saw the broncos charge down the field and fail to get a TD at the 3 yard line...when they went in to overtime and Favre threw that bomb to Jennings....wow....I was shocked and so so happy.

Anyway, yeah, Selvin Young had a good game, crazy good vision.
