After watching the Judson-Roosevelt game I'd have to be worried if I was a Rockets fan. That was UGLY! Judson's offense couldn't do ANYTHING. I saw several Judson games last season and I could tell the difference.

Judson went from scoring 30 against SV last year to only 7 this year. Then if it wasn't for the defense intercepting and returning it for a TD then it would have only been 16-8....And Roosevelt was threatening to score at that point too.

At this point I'd have to say Clemens will take down Judson in Round 1

This district is really wide-open. I know Judson and SV are supposed to be the best teams and I expect them to win games, but these other cats are going to stay within 20 points in most games and that's unusual. Nobody is home-free for the playoffs.

Churchill was lucky last year that Wes Toudouze was there to back up Fanuzzi....they may not be so lucky this year. If Reagan can get a redzone offense (like I've been saying) they'll win a few more.

I dont mean they were intentional and dont mean to get some rockets mad but when i see a judson guy come up on our guy, wrap his arm basically around the throat of our guy and pull back to take him down, i think thats alil unnecessary. The game was just bad all around. I mean we had a freakin 1st and 1 on the 1 yard line and didn't get anything from it. I could not beleive that. but i will say congrats the Judson and GL to them for the rest of the season.

At least it wasn't two Lee players bashing the heck out of you on a kickoff....one Rattler got isolated and was on his back and two Lee players were bashing the heck out of him. And Lee fumbled that kickoff so we started at the 9 and ended up getting a TD....

I would be upset with the Refs too. If I was Riders I would hope they paid them well. I would say that the refs were by far the worst I have seen in my 30+ years of watching high school football. I saw an interception by Judson that was called incomplete. I saw many times holding by Roosevelt that was not called. I was not surprised that Judson held the Riders on the goal line, just because they have one of the best defenses in the city and you just found out why last night. I will say the QB for Roosevelt was preety darn good and only a sophmore. I do not know if the Riders have a shot at the playoffs, but I do know they will be a spoiler for some team.
