did it seem like moorefield got a lot of playing time? i mean yea it was a blow out by halftime, but it seemed moorefield played a lot more than tre..was it because of the score? giving newton a breather?

Not to downplay Moorfield but, Newton can break one from anywhere on the field and Moorfield is a clock killing back, 5 yards and a pile of players. When the score was so out of hand and the defense just handing Haltom their head, then why not try to run the clock. Moorfield is a hard nosed runner who will get the yards small chunks at a time.

It is like Don Meridith said about Walt Garrison, "If you need 3 yards give the ball to Walt and he will get you the 3 yards. If you need 6 yards give the ball to Walt and he will get you the 3 yards."

i thought there was something wrong, last week i saw him limping a little after a play, and thought nothing of it
