if i were a bryan fan, i would hide for the rest of the week and just think about how truly, TRULY, ****** my team was and how much they choked against heights. 21-3 at half, wow should even be a game. But thats not what them heights boys said. so if ur a bryan fan u don't have permission to post on this thread becuase u have been labeled ****** in everyone's book after the perfomance you put on tonight.

that wasn't our problem, now was it? i'm not sayin that it would have been different, but he didn't play and we won(but we were still underdogs)

It doesnt matter if you were suppose to win or what. You choked like Bryan did against yall and how Shoemaker did against AMC. Im lookin forward to hearing the outcome of your matchup with AMC. Good Luck

what i am sayin is that, that doesn't make us crappy. cove came back on judson in the fourth quarter, does that make judson crappy(that is not the exact word he used but i try not to use that language). just because a team comes back i think it means that the team is better, or one team got tired, not the other team sucks. shoemake does not suck, especially if they put up 31 on the tigers.

That was not a choke, in my opinion that swing pass, or pich or whatever it was, was just a matter of time. Heights's biggest weakness seems to be the ability to stop the big play, seems to happen every week.,

It was a pitch out left and Buckram is a heck of a running back. He can put moves on anyone and actually can run people over for how small he is

If Heights makes the playoffs, they will be the 3rd place team and if i'm not mistaken would play Lufkin in the 1st round. Use your underdog card against Lufkin, not lowly Bryan with no Artell Woods. I along with 90% of the rest of the high school football world would expect Harker Heights to beat Bryan without there best player. It was a GREAT comeback, very similar to ours of two weeks ago agianst McNeil. But we didnt look at it as a omg we were underdogs and we came back and won. Most looked at it as how the hell did we end up getting down 28-7, we are the better team. And thats when we identified our offense. If i were yall i would stop saying that bryan choked and that their team is ****** and wonder to yourself, are we going to be playing football games come week 11 if we let a team like Bryan get up on us 21-3?? Thats how we at Leander took it at least.

The only choke you can really say that happened that game was that heights offense choked for 3 quarters, and that the bryan punter who came into the contest averagein 42 yards a punt which is pretty good for a punter in high school had a punt go a whopping 12 yards putting us on our on 30 with 2 minutes to go, a little luck always helps when you play a bad game and that luck usually goes to the better team

For the BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION EAGLE harker hieghts was picked by almost everyone to win, im not seeing this underdog thing hieghts is a good team why would they have been underdogs?

Yea that is the only thing about getting that 2nd DII spot out of 13-5A you are almost guranteed to get Lufkin right off the top. What a way to start!!

Well maybe next year after realignment they will make it where first round goes back to the Austin schools or something

we were never underdogs and it really does suck that whoever gets that spot has to play lufkin right of the bat. but lets not worry about that right now.

so what if you draw Lufkin, the put their cleats on same as everyone else, If Heights can get Shorts going and play a full 4 qtrs, Lufkin can fall. . .
