I agree. Some of these Longview fans are not satisfied with the GREAT team that they have. It appears that they want everyone in this forum to tell them how great they are and that they are unstoppable and that they should be ranked #1 and that there is no way SLC can beat them. It is unreal and almost sickening now. Longview IS GREAT but so is SLC and TRINITY. There is only room for 2 champs in 5A football and we will not know who they will be till December. Big Arab...these guys on this board don't like the truth...I told them some facts about two weeks ago and because it was about a small Texas town team they all tried to jump on me including Lufkin people...it is funny coming from Lufkin people because they are small town as well, today these big city cats side with them, but tomorrow Lufkin will be and outsider...the facts Arab as i see it is some teams are blessed with playing third rate teams...Carroll and Trinity are both good teams but they have yet to be tested, that is a fact, their non-district combine had one good team on it Tyler Lee, and when trinity beat them they wanted to be crowned, nevermine the fact they had their starting offense in deep into the fourth Quarter...now we beat Tyler Lee inside of Two Quarters and we are seen as picking on the defenseless...hypocricy

Big Arab...these guys on this board don't like the truth...I told them some facts about two weeks ago and because it was about a small Texas town team they all tried to jump on me including Lufkin people...it is funny coming from Lufkin people because they are small town as well, today these big city cats side with them, but tomorrow Lufkin will be and outsider...the facts Arab as i see it is some teams are blessed with playing third rate teams...Carroll and Trinity are both good teams but they have yet to be tested, that is a fact, their non-district combine had one good team on it Tyler Lee, and when trinity beat them they wanted to be crowned, nevermine the fact they had their starting offense in deep into the fourth Quarter...now we beat Tyler Lee inside of Two Quarters and we are seen as picking on the defenseless...hypocricy

I wouldnt' worry about it. I got picked apart and crucified for satirizing that whole situation you're talking about. Let the business be done on the field is all I can say. If people still want to use a double standard, it's their business. I've been watching High School football for a while and I know a great and special team when I see it. You know it, and I know it...this team is special. That's all I'll say.

My senses are just fine, thank you. If I felt like lack of sleep was causing me to make bad decisions, I wouldn't operate on someone. PERIOD!

I just find it comical how 1st class can go to 3rd rate in a matter of games. But like I said...double standard. Trinity beat up on the same limping team....does it make them any worse?

Besided my post had nothing to do about beating our chests about lee at all it was to point out the hypocrisy of ur earlier post when u claimed it was slc and trinity that played the 3rd tier opponents. I dont even like this strength of schedule argument the teams with the toughest schedules have certainly paid there dues(midland Lee and tyler lee). But i have to say its clueless to start any state champship threads simply after beating a 3-4 team, a 4a team, and 2 lousyanna teams in october mind u all things the et poster havent been guilty of.
