Not going to go back and read everything that has already been said so I'll just post here.

1st off...Wow. I didn't think Tyler Lee was that bad. I saw them vs Chaminade and they looked MUCH better in that game than vs Longview last night.

We came to play obviously, which is good cause with all these crap that I've been hearing I was worried we have another game like we had vs Rockwall last year but we didn't and we came out firing just 29 seconds into the game.

Once again, the game was never in question. What was hilarious to me was the freakin refs that were so obviously trying to keep the Red Raiders in the game! Is there no holding at all in Tyler? Cause they sure as hell were holding us all night and only ONCE was it called. Even on the Tyler Lee touchdown, they were holding us like crazy. Wow refs, you call it againist us for sure but not againist them.

Shouldn't be surprised at that though cause it's happened before in Tyler but whatever. Still won by 28 points. We obviously still have some things to work on before the playoffs. Our defense seemed like they didn't know how to tackle in the 2nd half. These arm tackles will kill us if we continue to do it. Must fix that.

Overall we looked really good in the 1st half. 2nd half was just dead. Im sure some other people will tell you that. Nobody was into the game at all. It was just like ok this game's over lets just keep running it and go home. Which we obviously did. But Im fine with it. Rockwall is next and I think some Lobo fans are wanting a little revenge from that WAYYYYY to close 14-10 win last season, I know I am.

Whether people were impressed with Longview last night or not, I really don't care. We've rolled past seven teams so far and we still have three teams to go in the season so lets do it again Lobos for Homecoming.

Also want to say Congrats to Garland on being South last night, especially since it almost sets us up with a game with the Colonels in the 1st round :D . 2003 Revenge coming early Woo.

Lobo...LOL. Every time I think about last year's Rockwall game I picture you throwing up b/c you were so nervous. That is one of the funniest things I have ever heard. LOL

I dont even want to picture that right.

When they went up 10-7 to the bathroom I went. Ugh That was one of the worst games I've seen the Lobos play in quite some time.

I agree with everything you said Lobo. I think Lee played like a different team defensively in the second half. I give them props for holding us after the onslaught of 35 first half points. It did look as if Longview just accepted the game was over and played half-way most of the game. How many int's do we have now. 13 on the season. That sounds like alot to me. I wonder what the season record is for int's?

Lee fumbled 7 times....yikes. and threw two ints. You can't beat anybody like that.

2002 season has to be close to the record.
LaRandall Mckind 9 ints
Marcus Maxey 6 ints
Keaton Daniels 6 ints.
Tony Rivera 6 ints
Keith Johnson 1 int
and i think there were a couple of others who picked off one.

Our defense in turnovers has been unbelieveable.

We're a +15 in Turnovers now. 11 INTs, 13 Fumble Recoveries.

We're averaging 250.14 more yards than our opponents. Averaging 36.39 more points than our opponents.

But we still have 3 more games to be played.
