Since they haven't played any games so far and wont this week to my knowledge how does this affect play off's ?

Most of Region 3 has played at least one district game so far. Obviously, the playoff race changed a little in some districts who won't be making up games like 19-5A.

23-5A had games last Thursay as well as yesterday and will play more on Saturday. So the district race there will not be effecte din any way.
