Few notes from the game.

1) Cinco is decent their sophmore QB looked good and the defense is fairly good although their secondary had alot of trouble stopping the pass and matt bumer picked them apart. also cincos center has some major snapping issues.
2) mortons defense made me want to :puke uhgg cinco ran the same plays over and over and they didnt adjust. oh well learning experience for them.
3) the morton recievers had to of had ten drops at least and they could of had a 7-0 lead in the first if the reciever catches the ball and it would have been a very different game.
4) I am praying that some college coach takes a chance on matt bumer at QB he had a bad year last year and he has worked really hard, not only getting stronger but also becoming a leader. he has very little talent around him yet he still goes out and competes. he has great arm strength and size and has been making great reads. i wish we could see what he would of done at katy.
5) With all that said i now predict that both will be beat by katy by over 50 points:D

I was thinking MR could probably get their first win in this one. I'm sorry it did not happen. Hang in there MR. The scores this year would indicate that you are much better than last year. Just keep playing hard. And to the MR fans, keep supporting them.

Matt Bumer did not pick any secondary apart. He threw the ball into Cinco's defensive back's hands at least 5 times, luckily for Bumer none of the db's caught the ball.

Cinco's defense also held Michael Benson to 41 yards, breaking his streak of 100+ yard games. I still do not see how people could ever think that Morton had a chance at beating Cinco Ranch.

I think we're just looking for their first win...

Cinco's pretty terrible, man.Cinco did hang 21 on CyRidge. I think Cinco still has a legit shot at the playoffs. If They make it and Elsik make it, well its back to D2 for Katy.
