Anyone checked this Youtube video out yet of crap that happened during the game last week? Spurrier is now calling Les Miles team "dirty" and complaining about SEC officiating again and well he's right again, no surprise.

That or the ball placement + the ball movement. It wasn't just that the ball was moved by the official. The original marking was terrible also.

Did you SEE the video? Sure, there are missed calls, but rarely do refs intentionally try to screw a team over like that.

Hey Petey do you remember our 10th grade year when yall came down to play us in Lufkin and we won because of that muffed punt it was at the Lufkin MS. Then the second time we met in LV yall spanked us. You played in those games right.

Whoa! Yeah, I do remember that. We lost 14-12. We scored late and it got called back for holding, and then we fumbled the next play. I only got in for a few series back then. We had some Juniors on the JV Level who Coach King thought should play. Neither of them played a down their Senior years on the Varsity, so those were wasted reps. He could have been playing the Sophomores of that team who all started at the Varsity level, but instead he wasted that whole year on those guys.

The thing I remember most about that 14-12 loss was Robert Henson, our linebacker. He had an amazing game, and had to have made 20 tackles. He broke down and was crying HARD after the game, and I felt bad for him because he did EVERYTHING and still lost. At that game, my mother, who has had back problems all her life, had something go terribly wrong, and she was taken out of there by an ambulance. I remember my gramma told the defensive bus (I was on the offensive bus) and when we got back to Longview, they were trying to explain to me what happened. She was taken to a hospital in Lufkin, and they got home that night at like 2 AM. I wondered what the heck was going on.

Did you play in the game in 2001 when we were Freshmen? It was out by some factory, and we won 19-14 I believe. That was the only game that year that I started. We won 20-16 in Longview IIRC.

LOL I remember that. Our Coach, Cooley, promised he'd do the C walk if we won district. That night was crunk as hell. And yeah, you guys won the one that mattered. I still can't how that game unfolded. It was like a nightmare.

I'll give my view of the clip later on, but I'll say this. These bad calls sure seem to favor the higher rated team most of the time. There is a definite trend there. Like I always say, mistakes happen, but when you can forecast the trend, you have to start to think the mistakes aren't on accident.

To open the second half, we did the same thing. You guys were hittin, though. The backup Brooks said that he remembers his first carry, he got hit in his wrist and almost dropped the ball. Couple that with the fact that he had a poorly taped broken hand, and fumbles were bound to happen. Sadly, you guys fell on ALL of them, and at inopportune times.

And lonny, you're in for a treat, then. The calls are pretty blatant and stuff.

When Dixon wanted to play he was a monster. He suppose to be going back to Tech. Ill see whats up with Shaw.

But the DT we got on this years team McFarland is probably the best DT to come threw Lufkin. McFarland will be a top 5 recruit in the country his Sr season and he can also play DE.

BTW I watched the Vido LOL. Those refs are full of **** and should not ref another game. I cant believe they didnt see #21 push the RB's head down on that goaline play.

They don't make bad calls based upon home cooking. They make bad calls based upon who's the higher ranked team to keep BCS bids alive.

I dunno, man. Coach King showed me the plays multiple times from multiple angles, and I've seen no holding. On LP's webcast of the game, I haven't seen it either. :rolleyes: I guess we shouldn't have put ourselves in a position to be clinging to a lead late in the game anyway, though.

I don't like how he carries himself and I felt the same way about Miles before and now. Even though I like the fans, I really don't like the athletic administration at OSU. They just seem sleazy to me. More times than not, my feelings like that end up proving to be true.

Looks to me like the refs were either not in control of the game, or in complete control...

Please don't become NBA and favor teams/players so much.
