Fantasy predicament: Who should I start?

I have what I consider a pretty good receiving and running back core. The only problem is I can never figure out who to start. Last two weeks my bench has outscored my starting lineup. You guys decide. Maybe you will fare better.

My league has 3 wide receivers and 2 running backs.
