If JT and Rockwall were to finish 2 and 3 would that put Longview in Div. 1? That could make for some great games between Longview and ET or Spring.

I agree! I've seen Longview play...(when they bi*** slapped Mesquite) and I look forward to some great match-ups!

There's a good chance Mesquite makes it back in the playoffs and Longview goes D2.

If Rockwall makes the playoff, they'll go D1. They are #1 in enrollment in the district.

The only way Longview goes D1 is with John Tyler and Mesquite Horn

It would be a waste of Mesquite's time, as well as the district if this was to happen. I didn't see much from Mesquite when they played Longview.

Not much chance of Mesquite Horm making it in. So I guess that kills that dream. But I sure would have loved to see a Longview vs. ET match-up.

Yeah...and there is the Tyler Lee's of last year.....3 losses in the regular season and a state title to show for it!!

yea id wish they go d2 so they could take on lufkin or Slc those 2 would be one helluva game

The thing about last year was that Lee and Mesquite played a tough schedule and took losses, but it helped in the postseason. I'm talking about teams without the tough schedule, but who still lose.

Did you mean Spring Westfield? If Spring makes it, they will go as Div2 unless Westfield and Humble don't make it...which is unlikely.
