As long as Phoenixrising and whoever else is calling SLC SC, I'm going to refer to it as South Carroll HS. :D :D

well, when i hear SC, I think of Southern Cal. Not to be dissing Carroll, but that's what I think of. In fact, i usually don't refer to Carroll as SLC, unless I'm on a message board. i just call them Carroll or Southlake.

For me it's CHS or CSHS all the way! But usually CHS.

Okt0ber stole this idea from me.....because I went to the Lake Highlands game and I was talking on the phone to him about it and I accidently called SLC South Carroll..lmao sorry! I was talking too fast on the phone.

Does it really matter how we refer to Southlake Carroll, as long as the reader knows exactly which team the poster is writing about. With SLC it is clearly evident that the acronym refers to Southlake Carroll. SC could mean many things; South California; South Carolina etc, but SLC unmistakable, even if it is not the politically correct acronym.

I like SLC too. Prolly not proper, but it seems to be habit now.
