Plano has played to very average teams. I think when its all said and done mesquite and Rowlett don't make the playoffs. Yes Meager improved onhis stats from 0 week going 19-31 for 270 and 3 touchdowns. However its all beginners luck. Plano still needs to improve their running game.

I never thought Plano would have 2 convincing wins and have more passing yards than rushing yards so far this year.


The big reason for their success is their defense. Great pass rush and a strong hard hitting secondary. I actually felt sorry for the Rowlett QB on Friday he took a beating.:cry

Plano has a couple of new young coaches on the staff and I think Brence has let go of the rains and kept a hands off approach on his coaching staff. Now that he has the AD job all the pressure is off him.

Plus Meager the QB is a the best left handed throwing QB plano has ever had. He is something special when he rolls out and its the TE or RB in full stride on an out pattern.
