If your talking about #41 for Lufkin his name is David McFarland. He is a VERY good baseball player too. I never would have expected to see him play linebacker and see him hit like he did in that Longview game. He had a good game against Kimble too. I am proud of him. I know his brother better because my son has played baseball with him and is also on the same freshman football team with him. His brother is named Chris McFarland. He is an ATHLETE. A great pitcher, hitter and all around great player on the diamond. He is looking like he is going to be a VERY good QB too. He was used as a starting qb, played some receiver and some d-back. Both McFarland boys are very talented and they are also cousins of big Jamarcus McFarland.

wow....cardiac pack yet again. That defense is good by the way.
but i got one question, why can they not hold on to the ball though? It was like every 3rd person coming towards the ball was going for the strip and was successful most of the time.

Bottom line is Smiley came back and had two scores to win the game. He was not intimidated by the hard hit he took early in the game. If I remember he also held on to the ball for a first down when hit, I guess it wasn't hard enough.

I do appreciate his passion, but it cracks me up that he pounces on every opportunity to take a shot at The Pack. At least he does it in support of his team, and is not behaving like a complete hater.
If only every program had fans like him.
