In a catastrophic blow to Gray Owl's confidence in the Owls, Garland doesn't win this game either.
SLC wins.

I would like to say something on the behalf of Southlake Carroll and its fans.
We appreciate and are extremely humbled by the support of Texas High School Football fans throughout this state. I have read literally 100's of posts on this site from fans of other Texas High School teams, stating support and encouragement for the Dragons this coming Saturday against MNW. We are extremely thankful to every one of you. I know that if any high school team from the state of Texas were playing an out of state opponent you would have 100% of the Dragons Faithful support.
Again, thank you very much.

I'm picking SLC because the game is being played here. I think the travel and all will take its toll on the Miami team.
Hope it's a classic, though.

I really hope that message board support translates over into a huge pro-Dragon crowd. I realize I'm stating the obvious, but I really do think that a huge crowd would play a factor in this one. Most high school kids are overly emotional, particularly in that atmosphere, and it has a huge effect when 30,000 people scream in unison following a big play by the opponent - particularly when those kids are used to having the biggest crowd and dominating other teams.

We've got enough threads on this already as well as a prediction thread.
