Rumor has it Sachse has come on strong with the help of a great end from Lousisana and rumor has it Garland has a player from Louisana that is good. Any truth to these rumors and has any other team had any playmakers from Lousisana added?

I hereby request that some offensive playmakers transfer to Judson. PLEASE!! I'll take a few linemen, a deep snapper, and a kicker/punter, too!

I dont know about any transfers to Garland, but on the news tonight they had a story about a Katrina transfer to Bryan Adams who is now the starting QB after only 2-3 weeks of practice... was a good story.

Yes, Sachse got a stud D-1 linebacker from N.O. that has solidified their middle and is credited with being the main reason for the North Garland victory.
As for Garland, here is the story I got at tonights game. The kid transfered from a Port Arthur school and is waiting out the 15 day waiting period and will be eligible for the South Garland game next week. No one knew his name, but was said to be a power running back and a top defensive back and a pretty good sized kid. He was rumored to be the Rivals.com #15 defensive back, but I don't know if that is in the state or in the nation. He has reportedly committed to LSU.
I'll update you guys as I find out more stuff.

Two/three weeks of practice to be starting QB? Doesn't say much about their offensive scheme to learn it that quick.

I didn't know NOLA had so many great football players... seems like every school that's received a transfer got a "top ten in the state"

They didnt talk about the offensive scheme, but it must me easy to learn... the old starting QB is now a reciever.

Lonny, when Adolph Perez comes back, we will have a better line and our deep snapper. Our kickers are doing good, we just need to work on getting the ball down for the field goals. The punting is kind of a funny situation, because we have Rob Housler (9) who punts a good distance, but gets the ball off kind of slow. We also have Carl Bouldin (5) who is also a QB, so he gets tired. Carl doesn't kick quite as far as Rob, but he gets the ball off fast.
