Unprecedented Child Custody Ruling
Enid, Oklahoma
August 24, 2005

A seven-year-old boy was at the center of the courtroom drama today when he
challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has
a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded
custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulations
requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more
than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge
then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that
they also beat him

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that
domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took
the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have
custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with child welfare
officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Oklahoma Sooners, who
the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

I don't like OU because there being so arrogant they accept certain people to go to OU because of football and its gay but I been liking UT for long time.

I really don't like the arrogance of OU because they can't do it with their own players and have to steal from Texas. UT fans are just as bad with their attitude and I wish both teams could lose.

And as far as the OU joke......OU's been doing a whole lot of "beating" the last five years. Just ask UT! Oh, and not very many coaches can say they played for 3 National Titles in 5 year. (Especially Mack Brown!)

(Yeah...I know your comeback..."Not many coaches can say they played for 3 National Titles in 5 years and lost 2 or the 3!"....but you must get my point! And BTW....I would rather play in 3 and lose 2, than not play in any at all!)

yea but out of those 2 national titles they lost why is it they get blown out and stoop's has the nerves to blame his player's hes so happy with his A.peterson i just hope texas gives them the worse lost they ever experinced

Didn't those stupid Okies look up the meaning of sooner before they branded themselves as cheaters and thieves? :eek:
