New and improved board

I just wanted to welcome everyone to our new and improved message board. I feel like this will be a great solution for us as we get deeper into 2005. This board has some pretty neat features, so take some time to familiarize yourself with the board rules, your user profile, and the various options you have when you post. If you have any suggestions regarding the new board, post them here.

WArbird, the signatures and avatars are being worked out right now. Our more experienced users will have access to that, but it will not be immediate. We will work it out user by user since we're starting from scratch.

VBulletin very nice work KT and gang. Indeed this will allow us to do so much more than we could before. Being a message board vet i've been on just about every one out there and VB has always been my favorite. I like this Forum better than the other one but I have to get used to reading this forum because I am distracted by these stuff around the forum. It looks better than the old one and I can tell there is more stuff. I got to learn again on this new forum about adding or whatever. I am sure you got more secure on this forum than the other one, I really hate when Hackers do stuff like this or messing up computers.

Another thing, How come you don't have that posting ranks in the member list because I am also interested in that too.

Yes, there is an option when you go to post a message that will automatically forward you an e-mail when someone replies to your posts.

Any threads you have read will go from bold to regular typeface. However, if new posts are made in a thread since you've read it, I don't believe it goes back to being bold. The thread will go to the top of the board when it gets a reply just like before though. So, all current discussions will be at the top. You'll just have to keep an eye out for new replies once you've read/posted in a thread.

Well, we didn't switch this last time on purpose. The first two switches were for upgrades, but it looks like this one is a clear step up from the one we had last time even.

I guess we just keep trying to raise our game like a lot of programs around the state will hope to do starting here in the next week or two when spring ball starts. :)
