Churchill wins. Score was close, but it was pretty much Churchill from the beginning. Clark made some good plays a few times, and it was majority running game for both teams. This game went by so fast, it was almost boring to watch. Good crowds but they were pretty quiet, though overall...

Any other thoughts?

Neither team will need to worry about altering their Thanksgiving plans.

As all the little grandma's in the south used to say, "Shut my mouth"...this to me is an upset...we need to give credit where credit is due...good for Churchill, they proved once again that even the bottom ranked teams from 265 can hold their own against any other district in the city...

Hooray for Churchill. I agree with atwelljroc. Very much an upset.

hahaha, yeah, that's the official name for this game and it is the traditional opener for San Antonio football.
