If you could get out of a DUI & Reckless driving and no telling how many other charges the normal person would have recieved, with fleeing the sceene wouldn't you? I don't think it is fair - But Lifes not fair.

Well I believe they will charge him with reckless driving, and fleeing the scene. It wont amount to much anyways since he was the only one involved and no one was hurt. Its just all peculiar how he hits this pole, is able to walk away from it, NO ONE ELSE sees crap, the cops dont even show up until after he calls them, then this idiot cant even get his story straight.

Let's look at this rationally. At around 4 in the morning Briggs wrecks his Lamborghini, flees the scene & calls police later. First of all, it's 4 in the morning & the statistics for accidents at that time don't paint a pleasant picture of Briggs' sobriety. Second, if you have nothing to hide, why run? It's a single car accident with no injuries. You're going to be ticketed for failure to maintain speed & that's where it ends. This panick crap is sooooooo weak. Third, why wait to call the cops? Could it be your 90 proof breath? The only question I'm asking, if I'm the Bears, is why the hell was he out at 4am when he was due at the Bears complex for practice/meetings at 8:30am. Tell me again, genius Briggs, why do you think the Bears didn't pony up a huge contract for you?
