1. How would you play some one from alaska? just woundering since the team midland has to play from cali played a team from there

1)my guess is you fly there or they fly here

2) i guess thats just how they broke it down, like the UIL and 2 state champions

i get ur drift i mean fro some states they have the whole 5a 6a il has 7a so i was ok probably like our's but then you look at cali and you have coast champs valley champs north east west etc its like having 5 champs :eek:

Well if you look at at you have what like 5 divisions in Texas with like 2 champs each division except one so we have 9 champs what is the difference??

that is an interesting point, same type of problem, diffrent equation, its interesting, so cali doesnt split up on school population, they just go by location? im not to knowledgeable about the cali playoff system, i just kow its broken into regions and stuff

It would seem that way but other states that have a simular play off sytem to ours would understand our's. We have 2 divission's for every class 1a 2a 3a 4a 5a and 6 man 5a beeing the highest and 6 beeing the lowest. I'm not sure how you get in one of these divission's or how ever you earn you way into 5a. when play off's come, we have a traditional tournment style competion till the final's. We dont have East texas Champs West Texas champs Houston Champs DWF champs CenTex champs Pan handle Champ's or rio grande border line champs. Cali seems to break there's over a serious of regions so to us it would be like taking certain regions and just let them duke it out winner of that region is the state champ of that area

I would think you would play a team in Alaska the same way you would one here.

But I guess if you were playing there, you would play them wearing longjohns maybe.. just a guess though.
