Three teams out of Dist. 15-5A (Austin-area) and one from Austin proper in the week 5 Reg. II top 10. Leander, Pflugerville, RR McNeil and Austin Westlake. Sweet :D ! Witnessed the Monday night matchup between Leander and RR McNeil. Leander pulled it out 41-38 in double OT. Two solid, hard-playing teams...one great show. I love this game!

Seem's Mcneil is starting to get a grip on 5a Maybe its time for temple to start playing them again even though in are current structure we would lose :o

Hell of a game. Drew got his act together (finally ;) ) and he did it in a big way. He was throwing so many int's because every time he threw he had one of McNeils big boys in his face. When we finally figured out how to pick up the blitz from the middle linebacker he was able to do what he does best lol. If yall go D-1 again (this is assuming neither Westwood or Gtown makes the playoffs) then yall will give alot of teams problems. Cameron Rodgers runs hard. Jay Parker can sit in the pocket and hit the open man or run, very nice dual threat. And Jonathan Fowler is as good a db in centex as they come. But our recieving core, as you saw is the anchor of our team, and were able to come through in the clutch. It would do nothing but please me if you just dominated Cedar Park next week.

Mcneil and Temple scrimmaged this season. Temple knocked Mavs from playoffs in '02 when Myron Hardy's last minute go-ahead td was called back on a hold. Still smarts.

^^lol you get this started every time. I guarantee if you would have went to the Leander McNeil game, you would have seen your run and gun offense that you like. Drew had 418 yards passing.

I know. I wasnt even aware that they were playing.. and I think I was just sitting at home that nite.. Or maybe I was in Shreveport.. but either way, from what i read, it looked like a really good game.

I wanna go see McNeil play. Leander. I've seen enough..haha
