This is my thread so my rules. Here's the deal... pick the offense and defense you want to run (Pro-set, 4 wide spread offense, whatever... 3-4, 3-3 or any defense). Then pick you "dream" players for each position out of all current college football players with experience (no Jimmy Clausen).
If you don't know enough about certain positions, then just pick a team for that particular unit. For example, if you don't know any good centers, you can just use the LSU O-line. For the sake of argument, just assume all players are healthy unless they have already been ruled out for the season.
