I passed the High School as I was going around the loop and I saw the Panthers practicing today. No word yet on the if they will make up the game with KF or if the game on Sat. with Conroe is still on. I know there are still alot of evacuees here and alot of places in town without power or gas so I know that getting this town back up and running is a priority.

See PA 05's thread on revised schedule. Gas is the huge issue here - I'm afraid not many fans will be there if we can't get this gas corner turned - I think it was worse today than yesterday. I waited for 30 minutes at Love's this morning at 7 am.

I didn't think it was still bad in Lufkin. I can from Houston to be with my mom, and i got back today. I got enough gas to get back home . My mom got lights yesterday. Her area was hit hard with all those trees on the power lines, it took them 2 full days working sun up to sun down. I took them water alot, cause that main line that my mom is on, is the same for Parkway Nursing home, and the major places on Frank.

My mom and dad still have no power, but may have it by Friday. This new schedule will be tough on everyone with gas prices going up.
