SV plays to its full potential this time, with class, discipline, and effort. Judson gives SV a great game, but SV pulls this one out.

Judson's running game seems to be pretty good and by my understanding Fanuzzi ran on'em quite a bit....

I'm still for them....but if SV shuts down the run, SV will win. But SV couldn't shut down the run for Churchill and Churchill won.

Dubose, McDaniels, and Mendoza are going to become a deadly trio by the end of the year. The passing game will get increasingly better as the season goes on. Bouldin and Bermudez can throw AND run good, but right now we have problems with the line blocking and the recievers catching. That situation is improving, but not as fast as it could be.

For Judson to win they will have to can that shotgun zone read BS, line up in two tights and run it right down SV's throat. If they don't S.V. should take this one.

Thats what I said earlier...Great minds think alike...Anyway..If Judson does what they have been doing...gash people with the run and then go to the shot gun on 2nd and short (which usually creates 3rd and long because of a sack or 3 rd and short because of a dropped pass) then they will let SV stay in the game. If that happens SV can win it. If they come out and run the ball ..they will get up 30-0 again and then they can hold them off!! I think Judson will win this one because of their defense and their overall team speed..Unless of course they insist on every other series being 3 and out with the shot gun..

Even churchill can win when you give them 4 turn overs.SV shut their offense down in the second half,but churchill has a physical defense,which helped them hang on to the win.BUT,4 give aways are hard to overcome.If`s and buts were a bag of nuts,we`de all have a merry christmas.Dont think we cant pass the ball because we have done it with success this year.And dont think we cant run cause we`ve done that also.It was one bad half,after 2 weeks off.Hill will have this team ready,and focused.

I think that Judson will light its old fire this week. I will let you know how we look at practice during the week. I can't wait until Friday, where you can expect Judson Stadium to be at capacity for a very good game. If you are planning on going to this game, you better show up early because the 11,000 get there quick.

Hill has the teams attention and I think (but don't know) he has been preparing for this game for awhile. This may be with my heart but I think SV rebounds this week. If SV had gone in unbeaten I might have picked Judson.

Both of these teams have flaws, Judson on offense and SV on defense. I feel that SV will come into this game knowing if they lose they will be in for fight the rest of the way. On the other hand Judson knows they can deal a knockout blow to a team they feel is the closest thing to them in the city. I was surprised by the victory by Churchill since they lost to two pretty average teams in Marshall and Clark, and from what I hear Judson really conrolled Marshall in a scrimage. If Judson offense ever starts to click lookout, but when will that be. This game is going to be close and it means more to SV because of the recent loss.

I think this has the makings of a low scoring game. Judson has struggled with their offense but SV defense has shown problems. On the other side Judson's defense will not allow much scoring from SV. Does the team that scores on defense win this? Is it a field goal game? :eek:

I don't know if my nerves can handle a 3-0 game but sure would give us posters a lot to talk about. :)

Pretty much....I'm not good at predicting scores...go to Lonny for that, course you may have to wait until AFTER the game. I just think that it's gonna depend on how well Judson runs and how well SV stops it...

This thing keeps taking away my posts. I was joking around on the SV game because I didn't get to the thread until after the game. You guys know me well enough that I predict a lot of stuff way ahead of time.

I wish I predicted stuff for the Air Force. I predict a lot of stuff, but that doesn't mean people listen, but that doesn't deter me, either! :D

Haha, last time i was on was 2:40(the thing at the top right says so) and it's 10:10! Hah! And besides, you'd probably beat me to 2000 though.....you have like a 300 post headstart. And I have school all week.

Judson not scoring a touchdown. Wow, that would be a first since they tied Marshall 0-0 in the 1st game of the season in 1987. Don't beleive that will transpire. This is going to be an exciting week. Rockets were fired up Saturday morning. Should be some spirited practices in both camps this week.

Like the forcast for Friday evening. 75-80 degrees & clear. Perfect night for two great programs and fans.

Look for Judson run more out of the power I this week and keep the ball out of SV hands. I know thre new offensive coach has been changing things up a bit this year but I look for Rackley to over rule him this week.

Run whatcha brung and you will be fine.
