Alamo Heights 7on7

Anyone have any information on this 7 on 7. I know A-heights will be there with their new QB or QBs and returning big-play WR Broadnax. They were state champs last year and playing at home makes them tough to beat. I heard Westlake and their new QB Kobelan are coming down. SA Madison from the 265 is scheduled to be there but they will more than likely get thrown out of the tourney for only running ball between the tackles and not having any pass plays. But seriously it will be interesting to see how much time Sr Ehrlich gets over Jr Guitierrez for the Mavs. I'm not sure of anyone else, if anyone has the pools or a list of teams that would be great.

Not as good as Pizza was last year. Funny thing is Pizza lived in AH district but played his first two years at Central Catholic and then trasfered over to AH to get more exposure for his Jr and Sr year.

Ya, I'm getting a DVD copy of that game soon. I cant wait to watch it. I know C. Cove was very talented last year with a good Senior and Junior class. But, Alamo Heights was like a sleeper surprise team.

I think the QB (Alamo Heights) is going to do very well in Coach Dodges offense at North Texas.

It sounds like they had a stud RB also but I'm not sure he signed with anyone.

my son said that gutierrez is the 3rd string QB for Madison... the *Coach's son* Gesell (Not too many think he deserves it... the term COACH'S SON REALLY PLAYS A BIG ROLL HERE) is the back-up and ehrlich is the starter. He said that the rotation will will be 2 series for ehrlich- 1 series gesell- 2 series ehrlich- 1 series gutierrez and so on and so forth with ehrlich starting every half... I watched 2 of there league games and they should have a chance to contend and maybe WIN... the check down to devin thomas looked to be there best play because he is just to big and strong for people to reach around him and then once he gets it he's GONE :D they should put up a lot of points. I didnt see too many balls from ehrlich dropped it looked like his favorite recievers were boyd and miles (they just dont drop passes).
