As of right now on the weather channel there is a chance were it may not hit Houston. But they say the way of the path is going right now it will be a direct hit. It is a catagory 5 with winds of 160 mph.

lufkin hs has been set up as a aid station where when the evacuees come in to lufkin they go to the hs first and sign in and get site designations...because of this we have no school on thursday or friday and we dont have to make these days up because they are deemed as days of emergency...so all lufkin hs students (pack4life and me included) have a 4 day weekend

no, im just saying tommorrow is an easy day we do the A/B day things, and having band and soccer back to back is awesome, so its not really lazy, so if i gave you a wrong look at tyler, im sorry, there are a ton of hard working kids at carroll, the graduation rates, taks scores, athletic programs, etc etc speaks for itself, hard work is needed to acheive greatness at those

My schedule tomorrow is not very exciting. Physics, Pre-Cal, Athletics, US History. HOW BORING. I am supposed to be getting a schedule change but Judson's administrators and counslers are very slow at that kind of stuff.

Tyler John Tyler is a bad school to go to but unless your taking IB Program there which won't be bad.

Tyler Lee has above 95% of all TAKS so we have no lazy people here at Tyler Lee. I have Math Models with Offensive Coach Fleet which he is very awesome, also I have Communication Apps. which I really love that class because its so interesting and I def. need that. And I have ASL (American Sign Lang.) which is really funny class and also I have English 3 which is an ok but the class is good.

are you guys exmplary rated? i thought last year carroll was the only 5a school to have that rating we dropped this year, i thought 90% was the average needed, i read somewhere he had like 89%, i dont know how its broken down exactly, race, age, not sure, anybody have any info on this stuff?

I think your right that Carroll is one of the schools to be that so I guess were like 90% or something. I know Southlake Carroll has more people that are more serious than us.

were not explamtry anymore :mad: , we'll just have to work harder this year and get those "slackers" to acuttaly try, every school has them, the kids who just fill in random answers just to get done, you have to pass taks to graduate, so i belive their going to drill it into your skulls, so we work hard now, and not have to learn the work ethic as a junior and senior becasue we'll have the work ethic after our sophomore year

i have to get commended on the taks or my parents get pissed, havent let them down yet, its pretty easy though, cause im in pre-cal and taks this year is over geomtry, and as a freshman it was algebra, easy stuff there
