You'll want to actually have some sort of diet in place. You can't bulk up if you aren't putting on any weight to bulk. There are some football players and other athletes on here who will know of diets that will help with weight gain.

McDonalds...seriously.

Eat it a bunch but keep working out. That's what my bro did back in 1995 so he could gain weight. He was the starting center on the judson champ team

When I was a freshman trying to move from LB to DT, coaches put me on a high protein, low carb diet. This was before the low carb diet craze. Lots of steak and such and not much else. That combined with a low rep, high weight workout routine took me from 220 to 265 over time. I was pretty swole, but soon after that, I dislocated my ankle and damaged some ligaments in my knee. The muscle left and was replaced with good old fat which I'm still trying to get rid of.

BTW, I had a friend who played at another school and he took Creatine to bulk up. It worked, but as soon as he stopped, his muscle mass quickly turned to fat and he still struggles to keep the weight off. Be careful with that stuff. Just because GNC sells it, doesn't make it good.

you cant just load up on bad fats from mcdonalds and fast food restaurants..my advice is to go to GNC and get this think called muscle milk it works really good also keep a good diet and weightlifting program

Eat six meals a day. Eat them every 3hrs apart. 20% to 30% of each meal high quality protein. The rest carbohydrates and fats.

it all has to do with genetics, but here's what worked for me.
eat alot, and eat alot of meat and potatoes. worked out everyday and in 10 days went from 188 lbs to 201 lbs. after a couple weeks i got to where i wanted to be weight-wise (205-210) and got off that diet and kept the mass, but make sure you keep working out or it will go away. creatine is the devil and im not sure why its even sold anymore, it gives you the shats and is all smoke and mirrors because as soon as you get off of it you go back to normal. if you're going to spend money on something at GNC, my advice is Isopure Whey protein.

How much do u weigh..there's different workouts depending on how big u are now?... But it's alway good to work the core alot... Like squats, and deadlifts... Deadlifts work more muscles than any other workout. Make sure (if ur a smaller frame guy) to stay with a 40% carb intake daily, and get plenty of protein and potassium as well..bananas help alot... and protein shakes..at least two a day..one ion the morning and one at night....

To get a good workout for mass... do Bench, Deadlifts, and squats in a single routine... throw in curls and pullups as well to work bi's...that way u won't end up with a huge chest and tiny arms... and make sure to pay attention to legs as well... do wanna get chicken legs now...lol.... 30-50 calf raises should do the trick.....

um... Creatine is ok... but that usually just bloats u up...and once u stop working out u'll just get fat....

I found it wasn't just the beer, but also the late night fast food runs that kill you.
