1. Does the UIL vary the enrollment range for all of the classes each re-alignment? For example, is it 1850+ for Class 5A one year, and possibly 1870+ the next re-alignment?
2. When does the UIL look at the school's enrollment number to determine their classification?
3. Do schools(particularly one high school districts ie: Desoto, Duncanville) have a choice of what schools that are grouped with? For example, could Lufkin go back to be in the district with the East Texas schools if they wanted to?

1. Yes
2. It is a projected enrollment for the next year.
3. No, They usually put you into a district if you are in the same school district(Northide, Austin ISD, ETC.) Now if your enrollment is smaller than what classification you want to be in you can request to go up classifications. Or if you do not agree with what district your in you can petition to go to another district.
