Beijing Olympics - Oil - Genocide

Here's the Cliff Notes Version:

--Sudan used to be a Third World Country
--China's Insatiable demand for oil started being met by Sudan several years ago
--Sudan is now enjoying tremendous prosperity and a huge building/infrastructure boom. Most construction is being performed by Chinese companies. Most Sudanese workers are being taught Chinese.
--Sudan is attempting to erase Darfur from the face of the Earth - otherwise known as genocide. Darfur is beyond Third World.
--China has been supplying Sudan with state-of-the-art weaponry to eliminate Darfur.
--China is now receiving political pressure to quit doing this since they are hosting the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

Killing a nation off is not good, nor is it nice. It is quite scary to witness China's impact on Sudan. China is still by and large a fully communist country.

China has vacated 6 hundered thousand people from there homes in China so a new Olympic grounds can be set up. This ain't right at all.

A couple of thoughts...makes Greece killing a few stray dogs in 2004 look lame. Jerry Jones relocated several hundred people for Jerry World, but in America, we call it eminent domain, and, fortunately, these people in Arlington were fairly compensated for losing their homes to the big blue star.

Ya stray dogs I can understand doing but relocating people for Jerry World. Just keep Dollywood as the national actors attracion ;)
