Well, maybe Firebird since Russian women are said to be very flexib.... ah... never mind.

Tonight, I enjoy a caesar salad followed by a two and a half inch thick, bone-in prime ribeye, seasoned liberally with coarse kosher salt and black pepper, cooked to a perfectly pink medium in my grandfather's old cast iron skillet. That is accompanied by a sweet ear of corn fresh from the farmer's market and slowly roasted in the oven. Washed down with an icy cold IBC Root Beer and followed by coffee and homemade angel food cake with strawberries. jtk cooks well for his mother, but jtk eats well with his mother too.

You know...if you not feeling well, you can go to a doctor for a Penicillin shot. You don't have to eat it!:D

You haven't lived until you've eaten a blue cheese crusted fillet. Some finer steakhouses will have them on the menu, but they are super easy to make. Just cook your fillet like normal, but take it off just before it reaches your desired level of doneness. Put a good slice or some crumbles of good blue cheese (Stilton is the best if you don't mind dropping upwards of $20 a pound on cheese) on top of the steak and slide it under a broiler for a few minutes until the cheeses is melted, bubbly and starting to brown. Magnifique. Also works great with Gorgonzola.
