Does anybody know if I would be violating any copyright laws if I had a Tshirt made with both an aTm logo and a College Park HS logo on the front of it? Just for personal use of course.

Thanks

Why the heck would you do that anyways?

I believe t-long is right. Copy write laws only apply if being used for public consumption. That being said, what you are talking about would not be a copy write infringement, but is more likely to be trademark infringement since the ATM logo is trademarked. The best thing to do would be to contact A&M and just ask. If you are just making the shirt for yourself and have no desire to sell it, they should let you do it.

LOL. I was going to respond with a smartass remark about Oak Ridge but I can't really do that. My oldest went there before the Academy moved to CP.

Hey CavDad, I will take a shirt also. BTW what are the other commandments that go along with #8. Also ther are a few more QBs getting reps during spring ball, especially with CB still playing baseball, at least for one more night.

Stand by. I'll list all 10. Don't know the answer to the QB question yet. I'll see what I can find out tomorrow night at the Baseball game.

Here it is:

1. Thou shall wear official Cavalier Blue to all playoff events.
We are going to be doing this a lot. Go ahead and invest in the appropriate attire.

2. Thou shall have official CP decals on your travel vehicle.
The citizens of our Great State need to start seeing our logo.

3. Thou shall not car pool.
We need massive amounts of vehicles on the road and in the parking lot.

4. Thou shall eat your pre-game meal in the host town. For travel over 4 hours, you can stop at a Dairy Queen along the way.
Visibility, visibility, visibility.

5. Thou shall arrive at the venue early.
Intimidation.

6. Thou shall be at your seats before the National Anthem.
Ultimate respect.

7. Thou shall expect the game officials to miss some calls.
If the were really good, they would not be officiating high school games.

8. Thou shall expect the opponent's fans to not like us.
Face it, we live in The Woodlands; there is a stereotype that comes with that.

9. Thou shall cheer for the Cavaliers to prevail, not for the opponents to fail.
We have the best coaches in the State; we do not need our opponents to stumble.

10. Thou shall always stay to the end, regardless of the outcome.
These fine young people are amateurs; we celebrate their victories and encourage them in defeat.

copy right laws for one side are bull shizzle, but on another useful.

If you're not making money of of it it's good.

speaking if copy right laws "ebaumsworld" breaks 10000000 of them and makes money off of every last one.

http://emuse.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/6530 remeber that sam mc guffie jump we all saw and loved. Guess who posted it in his forums once, ME. Guess whose making money off of it and saying he submitted it...

though on a short note http://emuse.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/6474 we do take our football serious.
