Boerne most likely scheduled their homecomming tomorrow night for a reason...

Taft will be good in a few years again. They'll be lucky to get even a few wins this season.

This one will be interesting as Boerne's loaded with Seniors and beat up on O'Connor last week....My call is they will win this one as well. A 4A school - yes...but one of the best in the state....59 Seniors and lost only three starters to grad last year....

As much as I hate to say this, it's true Mac has an easy 2 game opener in district.

I don't think there are any easy games in this district. Reagan might have had a tough night but they'll be ready for the district opener. Lee might be thought of as everyone's bye week win but that's when you get caught with your pants down and lose a game you shouldn't. Mac is not good enough yet to come out thinking they'll win without showing up and after todays film and meeting with coaches, the players know they have to play hard every week. Reagan is another team that beat Mac last year so the kids should be ready to go.

i don't remember the score but SA Mac won by 6. with 2:15 left Mac was forced to punt deep in their own territory and shanked a punt but the boerne returner muffed it and Mac got the ball and ran the clock out.
