Ags take down defending National Champs

The 25th ranked (13-1) Aggies took down the 6th ranked defending National Champs from Oregon State at Olsen field last night, 5-2. They also have a W vs then No. 1 Rice earlier this month.

Right now Big 12 baseball is shaping up to be pretty dang good. Nebraska and Texas both have real solid squads, and A&M is going to be a force to be reckoned with.

A&M is 13-1 and has wins over two top ten teams. Those aren't moral victories, they are real victories. I like our chances this year...but both UT and Nebraska are going to be stout, as always.

The Longhorns lost to Pan-Am in '05....they went on to win the CWS.
Baseball isn't like football...you can lose to NOBODY teams...and then go on to win it all.
