After going to the Tech/ A&M game back in October and being treated to the best game of the season for Raider fans, I contemplated going to the hoops game tonight in aggyland. After long consideration, and the thought of being jammed into a basketball arena with the cult, I decided to stay home. tech's inconssistent play had nothing to do with it either.

Wow, the Raiders cut aggy's heart out again 77-75 on the buzzerbeater.

I should have gone. The Raiders are 2-0 against the best team in the conference, yet lose 93-92 to Okie lite the other night. the hoops season has been a rerun of football with the up and down play. It's enough to drive you crazy.

I still say UT is the one team nobody will want to play come tourney time, but if Tech makes it, their guards can be very dangerous. I hope to see several Big XII teams make some noise in March.

Guns up!

That was an outstanding game. A&M had many chances to blow the game open but couldnt capatilize and Tech fought hard to come back and take the lead. A&M just like in Lubbock had trouble with Techs motion offense that was creating open shot after open shot. This 5 game losing streak has really hurt Tech and they better hope they can pull some wins together to close the season out. Right now I still see them on the outside looking in come tourney time but a strong end to the season and nice Big 12 tourney run would change that. After the game in Lubbock I felt A&M would win by double digits in College Station boy was I ever wrong. Horrible defense at the end of the game by the Ags and a clutch jumper by Jackson. Great game.

Only on one side. The first half we played very well, and I thought it would be a blow-out. However, second half we played crappy D and missed lots of wide-open shots and free-throws. I think anywhere we'd have trouble with the motion offense, but I think given another chance it wouldn't be as close. That's just my .02

I thought the same thing after the game in Lubbock too. What tonight showed me was that Tech gives A&M matchup problems. The reason A&M played crappy D in the second half was because Tech explioted the matchup problems by running that motion offense to near perfection. Tech is a team that A&M does not want to see in the Big 12 tourney.

Guns up!I honestly don't know what to think about them. They play great against the Top 10 and tank the other games.

The Big XII is just crazy all around. Don't try and predict anything in this conference this season. Who the hell knows?

Third time's a charm...
Or maybe we'll just let someone else who can beat you take you out, then beat them. :p

what sucks for you tonight is that UNC lost to go along with Pitts loss last night. You guys could have posistioned yourselves into the top #2 seed taking on the weakest of the number 1's. I still think this aggy team will go deep into the tourney along with KU and Texas. Texas has all the tools and is a team I would not want to see in my brackett come tourney time.
