i havent worked out in a while..i wanna at least get into some shape buy spring break..how many miles should i run a day?and any good workouts i should do?like bench press ect ect..should i take protien shakes?

Well now..just how long is "a while"? A lot of treacherous things can happed in "a while" :D

lol im not fat..im skinny im 5'10-160 well i last time i worked out was like uhh october lol..

join a gym and do the isopure whey protein. i gained 13 lbs in 5 weeks eating right and taking isopure. AND i kept my abs. this is what worked for ME. it was good stuff but check into it and see what will work best for YOU.
