I have to brag and I hope this is not a repeat thread

LAST YEAR NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP TEXAS-Richmond McGee Garland Player
THIS YEAR NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP GATORS- Brandon Antwine Garland Player

I think that is pretty cool considering how many high schools there are in the nation, to have a player 2 years in a row on the NCAA Championship teams.

That's pretty cool. Denton Ryan had one on the Gators as well, and the Stallions had two starters on defense for Texas last year (Tarrell Brown, Aaron Harris). :)

We have a Thorpe award and Heisman winner from the same school...not bragging but I'm sure that has to be pretty close to unprecedented..Not positive..but I'm pretty sure Longview MIGHT be able to boast the same claim as yours owldog.
