Denton Ryan vs Dallas Lincoln(4A)

The more I think about it,the more I believe that this will be a good matchup. If Lincoln learned anything last year in their run to state, it was how to win big games against good teams. I think they will upset Ryan this year. They returned a lot of players from their state finalist team, and though they have a new head coach, he's not new to the program. They have a dominant defense, and a very effective offense.

On the other hand, we know that Florence knows how to win and will have his team ready. The question is will it be enough this year.

Lincoln will give them all they want. Ryan got well against a young not very good Denton high team. Did Samples jump to Skyline or was he pushed by the DISD athletic director???
