Since seeing McNeese in the championship game in 03, I have been curious as to how he would at the next level. I know he was at UTEP, but he doesn't show up on the roster this year nor did he appear in the first game. Does anyone know where he went or is he still at the Miners?

Last I had read he never made it to UTEP. He ended up going to a JUCO but can't remember which one. I want to say it was either Trinity or Ranger but can't remeber for sure.

He plays at Tyler JC. I think he carried the ball like 6 times in the last game.

He was a heck of a running back. Wish he had played his jr year. I have a tape of the title game that I watch often and Mcneese was phenomenal.
He was powerful enough to drag 2 and 3 defenders with him and gain yards when any other back would have gone down for a loss. In person he did not look as big as he was tabbed out as but you could tell it was there. As far as SFA goes, there are several Shore players on that team from the last 2-3 years. Probably more than any other college team I can think of.

I think SFA signed like 5 to 6 players from the Championship team. Mcneese was a powerful bulldog and if he wasnt running you over Reid would.

Reid is the most powerful QB I've seen. Decent thrower, but when he pulled the ball down and took off. You better be ready to bring the "hat" because if you didnt he was.
