I didnt see that game amigo. I'm assuming that the Highlanders team had about 5 to 6 kids going both ways. Judging from other teams that I've seen from that area. Dont try to kid me and tell me that the Highlanders didnt have several kids going both ways.

You know I didnt see that game . You can read that from the post above dude. Dont be pissed son because Colerain dominated alot of scrubs that went both ways.

I think its pathetic that Colerain plays another Ohio team (Canton Mckinley) in the Ohio Title game and the Mckinley team has freaking 5 kids that go both ways and never leave the field. That's WEAK.

You know and I know that the Highlander team had alot of kids going both ways. Just like some Texas 3A teams do. You know why ? Because that's whay the so called quality win for Colerain was against.. a Texas 3A caliber team. Big quality win !

I can look at the little bitty roster of the Highlanders and that tells me everything.

We'll see if Colerain can play when they arent playing against alot of 2-way players and the kids on the other side are just as big, fast and talented and have alot more potent offensive schemes and are going to bring it on defense.

I want you to start counting on play 1 thru the end of the game and count how many times the Pride kid gets knocked down. His going to start short arming alot of those pitches when his looking for the REL kid that's getting ready to earhole him.

I just watched the highlights from the games in Ohio played Sat. Out of all the teams that I saw, Colerain did, by far, look the most athletic. Hard to believe that some of those other teams play in the big school division. No wonder Colerain dominates them.

Tyler Lee will give Colerain all they can stand I believe. Not a prediction on the outcome though. Anything can happen in HS football.

Some of the teams, (Elder, Massillon, etc...) looked like alot of 2A and 3A schools.

When he signed on to this deal - Coach Owens certainly understood there is a significant homefield advantage when HS kids travel thousands of miles for a game.

I've already told you Conchee my beliefs since day one. No State is deeper with quality teams like Texas. I still believe there is about 12 to 15 teams ( on average) that can play with anyone in the nation and can be considered those upper level national teams (Top National 60).

Nothing about this game (Colerain vs REL) will change my opinion about that. IF they win (great) and if they lose ( I dont think they will) nothing will change my opinion.

I'll still believe that:

Texas has about 12-15 elite teams.
Ohio has about 5
Louisiana 3
Oklahoma 2
Arkansas 2
California 5
Florida about 5
Alabama has 2
North Carolina 2
South Carolina 2
Missouri 2

Longview, Tx just crushed West Monroe, La. ( I still think they have about 3 elite teams). Springdale, Ark just crushed ECA ( I still think Louisiana has about 3-4 elite teams).

Tyler Lee beat Hollywood-Chaminade, Fl ( I still think Florida has about 5 elite teams).

I just think Texas is the deepest with the most quality teams every year. Where the biggest and we have tons of kids playing High school football with some great coaching.

If Tyler Lee beat Colerain... ( I still believe Ohio has about 5 quality national level teams).

Nothing will change my mind on this.. The only thing that could even make me wonder is if its a blowout either way ( I dont see that happening unless their is just alot of bonehead stupid turnovers).

I do believe like one poster said.. if its a blowout ( it will be REL blowing out Colerain). Colerain wont blowout REL.. " I still believe REL wins."
