Anyone know when it's up?

We should start lobbying for him to come home now.

If Vince would ever leave Tennesse, which is highly doubtful because he is loyal, there is no way his new team would be the Texans... VY is going to build a dynasty in Tennessee Texans had their chance and now they get 6 or 7 years of super mario...

Your preaching to a million+ member choir here. Texans SUCK. Carr is pressing to reach average and does not inspire.

But we can hope.

BTW...I didn't ask for your opinion. I asked if anyone knew the contract duration.

Don't know the duration of his contract, but...

Vince Young could prove to be a must have, for Houston. Houston is 4-9 and Tennessee is 6-7 - with games vs Jack', Buffalo and New England. There's a very good chance Houston will be a Top 5 selecting team, in the 2007 NFL Draft. Tenn' will most likely select between 8 and 18. If Tenn' isn't as stuck to Vince as they SHOULD be, they might consider trading up with Houston for Brady Quinn, plus getting cash and perhaps a #1 First Round Draft Pick in 2008.

On the other hand, Tennessee already has Vince, and with the 8th thru 18th pick they could pick up 1 of several potentially great WR's. (D. Jarrett, C. Johnson and etc.) And Houston may want to get a McFadden (if he comes out) or Peterson.

Either way....nothing is set in stone. If Houston wants Vince, they could make an offer that would make the Herschel Walker trade look like a "kicker swap".

They could trade all their draft picks for this year and the next.

I think McFadden is a sophmore. If he is, I don't think he is eligible for the NFL draft.

Let me explain something to you about this whole intraweb message board thingy...
You post and people give opinions...that's how it works.
Of course if you knew that you would have just went to NFL.com instead of being lazy and asking someone else for the answer.

You're welcome.

You're correct. I've been under the assumption he was a Redshirt Sophmore.

It's very similar to Mario's. Which is a travesty in itself sunce Mario was selected because of "signability".

ha,ha,ha.. keep dreaming. If Vince Young keeps getting better and better as a football player (QB). He'll be in Titan Tennessee land for many years to come. If you can hold your breath for about 10 years then you might have a shot to see Vince Young back in Houston.

Houston will go down in NFL history for this past draft. It will be a triva question very soon.

(Q)-"What two NFL Pro-bowlers did Houston pass up in the NFL draft to take Mario Williams ?"

(A)- Reggie Bush and Vince Young.

PS. I have a feeling that someone in the Houston Texasn camp is trying to find a big rock to hide behind these days.

It almost seems as if they want to look stupid. And they are doing a great job of that. I am almost ready to see what stupid pick they make this year.
