Random but just got done watching it and noticed that in the opening intro to the show it shows ex garland owl player steve richardson jumping a hurdle and ex garland basketball player ike diogu dunking a basketball......just wondering if anyone else has noticed that

They don't always show the greatest highlights. Not sure about any of the other games but with the RR/Allen game they only showed a few highlights from the 1st quarter, completely missing how close it was in the 2nd half.

That entire highlight reel is Garland stuff...everything from the hurdler (who I think is actually DeAndre Jackson) to the soccer player and Ike ... they filmed it all right after we won state in '99.

Last night they did not even mention that Southlake had beaten Permian only that SLC would be playing Colleyville! I thought that was a little odd!

There have been many weeks with no highlights for SLC and other Tarrant teams in the past by this show. Not to bash Celina or other consistently covered teams - but this show seems like a Dallas area homer.

Not sure where/how they get their highlight film clips - quality ranges quite a bit - probably freelancers. May be some issue of getting clips from some of the games.

Would think that with the playoffs and the reduced number of games - that they would cover any local area teams - but - they seem to be unable to do so.
