Comments? It pained me to not put Texas in here but they blew it so I felt they didn't deserve it.

I'm going to buy a lottery ticket. that's about the same chances of winning as getting a guy making his own poll, not including his own team!:D
Your objectivity is a rare and precious commodity among any group of college football fans!

Well even had I included them it would have been a 16 seed and I would have been castrated if I picked them over OSU.

haha yea you would have. unless your bracket was a 32 team system texas couldnt be in there
This is probably better than one I put on another thread since I included 10 conference champs. I do like the idea of 16 teams.

what is your logic for arkansas beating LSU, when LSU beat Arkansas in fayetteville not 3 weeks ago?
Also i think Louisville would beat Arkansas

I picked Arkansas because they lost to LSU once this season and would be hungry for revenge.
I don't think Louisville is good enough on both sides of the ball to match up against Arkansas.
Again these are just my picks to show how a 16 team tourney would unfold.

i wasnt saying you were wrong i was just wondering what you're logic was.
LSU is a very good team, and if there was a playoff system and they qualified, they'd definitely be my darkhouse..
I think Louisville could matchup very well with Arkansas. They have a powerful offense and are defensively good, they 'slowed down' WVU's powerful running game. I think that'd be a very good matchup.

I love the idea of a playoff in college football. Unfortunatly, as much fun as a 16 team playoff would be, I don't think it will ever happen. I am just hoping for an 8 team playoff at this point. If they would cut back the regular season to 11 games then they could have a college football season in 15 games at the most. 11 for reg. season, 1 for conf. championship and 3 in a playoff system. They could keep the other crappy bowls if they wanted, I am just ready for a playoff.
