Anyone know if it is being webcasted anywhere? Wanna hear my nephews team at least once this year.

Your nephew is coaching wrestling right now. His Freshman B team season is over. He doesn't even tell you who the Chaps are playing. Westlake is playing Los Fresnos today!

I don't get to talk to him that often. I just assumed since the JV was over he would be helping out the varsity like most schools do. As far as who they were playing I just knew it was some Mexican sounding team. Anyway the question still stands and if anyone has an answer instead of a smartass comment I would appreciate it.

Never mind, I found it.

Sorry for the rude Westlake fan who replied above and that I didn't see this until after this week's game. You can access the broadcast over the internet--I don't know whether the video is on the internet because I haven't tried to get it and I'm having some problems with my speakers that make the internet not my first choice (and I've been going to all of the games except today's).

Here is a link that should at least enable you to access the broadcast, with maybe some video. If there is anything better on the other side, check their school's athletic web site or ask their fans if they have any indication. It looks like we'll be playing San Antonio Reagan at the Alamodome at, I believe our broadcasters said, 12:30 next Saturday. Should United come back and win, the game would also be at the Alamodome at 3:30 p.m.

Thanks for supporting our team and for your son's contributions as a coach. All of the coaches, both varsity and subvarsity (and middle school, too!) are an integral part of our program's success.

don't apologize for me. this guy has been coming on here all season making it sound like his nephew is the varsity offensive line coach for Westlake. the reality is that he coaches the freshman B team. I'm not taking aways from the coach's contributions to that team, but give credit where credit is due. His nephew is coaching wrestling right now and is not helping with the football preparations anymore. So maybe he should talk with his beloved nephew and get the truth instead of bragging about fallacies on a message board.

For the record, the Westlake Freshman B team went undefeated, won their district, and did not give up a touchdown until the last game of the season.
