1. Fact: Robert Gates, president of A&M, was appointed Secretary of Defense by George Bush Jr. this month leading up to the UT-A&M game.

2. Fact: Robert Gates served as Director of the CIA under George Bush Sr. during the '90's, the last decade A&M had beaten UT before this weekend.

3. Fact: A&M "defeated" UT over the weekend.

I'm not saying, I'm just saying...:D

Well, the orders from Dallas were to make sure the Dragons win State, but they didn't specify which Dragons

OK, let me try.

Lufkin is also a name of a trailer for 18 wheelers. (Ya'll make 'em there, right?)

The trailers are made of metal.

Scissors are also made of metal.

Rock breaks scissors.

How's that? :D

Damn...that pretty much sums it up.
And yes Lufkin trailers are made in Lufkin,Tx.
But Lufkin tape measures are not.

But Chick-0-sticks were born in Lufkin and are still made there.

I'll be damned.

Chick-O-Sticks are made from fresh-roasted "Texas Grade A Jumbo" peanuts, which are ground into chunks, mixed with salt and sugar, rolled into sticks, and then dusted with toasted coconut.

per Atkinson's Candy website.

I've been eating those things for over 25 years...and never knew they had coconut in 'em.
And I hate coconut.

Chic-O-Stix are freakin awesome. Best candy in the world. Maybe toasting the coconut makes it better.

so wide, if c-o-s is your favorite candy and it is made with coconut and you hate coconut--follow me along now-- and you hate aggy, does that, by an inference only a few will be able to make, mean that aggy is your favorite team? seems only slightly convoluted and just the least bit far-fetched, but why not. strangeness has taken over the football world of late.
