Cy Fair scored the second play of the game with some spectacular running by McGuffie. McGuffie didn't do much in the middle but when he got outside he did his damage. Cy Fair's Corey Chance deserves a round of applause. He played GREAT tonight and really showed that Cy Fair can pass the ball. Recievers Mike Murray, Gino Collins, and Caleb Ramsey all had some good catches..Hats off to the Bobcats...BFND!

Way to go Bobcats. I was able to listen to the second half of the game. From the sounds of it, Sam started real strong then had to work real hard for the rest of yards. He still had a good game at 28 carries for 195 yds.

Mom, I wouldn't mind seeing your game tomorrow, but to much money to go to Reliant.

I know - that's why I didn't go today - I opted for the Katy/Memorial game because it was cheaper (and I got to have a nice lunch with and hang out with the Katy gang as an added bonus:D ). Anyone that can come tomorrow though, please do!! The more the merrier - as long as you are on the Cy Falls side - I'll sit with as many as I can and get a ginormous cheering section going:D

B-O-B-C-A-T-S!!! BFND!
Well, well, well, in spite of the doubters out there, we WON! Great job, Bobcats. This is what people can truly call a team victory. There was no dominance by one player, there was no one dimension offense, it was a TEAM W!
Not that I have had any doubts that every W has been a team win, but there have been many posts with that opinion out there. Let this victory put it to rest; the Bobcats know how to win. Am I saying they are perfect, no way, in fact we had some un-Bobcat like penalties, but they grinded it out on both sides of the ball, and in the end, what do you see, a clear cut victory. 29-7 sounds like a solid win to this Cat-backer.
Keep doubting, while we keep winning.
Congrats boys!

Ahem: I’ve got good news for my 17-5A brethren, maybe this team is as good as we think they are!

Keep working Cats, keep grinding, keep the faith, and let the final score tell the story, and take solace knowing you left it all out there on the field no matter what.

Yep, they are - just keep it up until you get to the big game! I would love to see the Bobcats up there (along with the Eagles of course:) )

Yea, Lamar really "controlled" Sam...not to sound sarcastic, but they held him to only 195 yards. But he never quit. Nobody did. It was good game. And it shows that Fair is not one-dimensional, as some people claim.

Congrats to Lamar for getting this far. It was tough for them without their senior QB.

So, who's got next? Kingwood or Hightower? I'm kind of leaning towards Kingwood. No reason. Just a hunch.

But when they did stop him CyFair passed the ball very effectively. CyFair’s defense was outstanding and the MVP of this game IMO.

I almost forgot the band, and drill team, if there are any that read these posts, enjoyed the half-time show. Great school spirit, B-O-B-C-A-T-S. Keep up the good work, great moves out there. Let's celebrate, the playoffs are pretty special to be a part of.

Sounds like Cy Fair has a good shot at getting to the state final.

he only said we have a shot, which is reasonable, because every team in region 3 and 4 D1 does :p
