basic data

Wii = more fun even though it comes off childish.
ps3= more adult related
360= more online game orientated.
Pc's= games are more out there than any typical console game you will get.

pro's
Wii= is open to every one,but the controller maybe difficult unless you buy the snes replica version, great games not big serious name games to be herd of yet for it may be one down fault of it. Fun fun fun is all you can say i'm sure some of you or many of you mayhave had some literally thought by moving the control up the guy on the screen would 2.

ps3= great games graphics controller and everything, but with the rapid online ability coming in and ps3 very small lack of it .May hurt it all around biggest selection still.

360= simple inexpensive good selection of games and great online ability.Halo 3 as well as other great games coming to this with a great selection of online games to choose from.

Pc's= if you want pure raw power and a sytem that will do everything including you're home work this is for you, games are very expensive yes, but rarely get boring if they're multiplayer, typical mods and patches update the game to give it new features and keep the game fun.

con's

Wii= probably the controller and lack of game selection that appeals to older gamers. As far as online games don't know of any, but there will be exclusive games that will be worth getting on it

ps3= lack of online play and there is no rumble feature ouch :(. Will have very few exclusive games to the sytem, IE resident evil 5 silent hill 5 etc.

360 = typically charges you for xbox live, most games coming out on this sytem will also be on ps3 or wii majority of additional parts have to be bought to get the most out of this sytem.

PC = well though the games kick butt, you will have to upgrade you're computer heavily to play alot of the better games out there, and unless you know anything along those lines you mayf just have to buy a new one.

Great game lots of fun, but depending on how old you're nephew maybe may and may not be a good idea. The guitar it self can take quiet a beating, but only for so long. And to replace the unit can cost a bit since there isn't a big demand for guitar conrtollers
