QB - Reggie McNeal - Lufkin (6-4 200) (Superb touch, could toss the ball 50 yards down field, and run a 4.4, if he needed to scramble.)
RB - Earl Campbell - Tyler John Tyler (5-10 205) (Speed, power and agility...he was the first of the modern super-bruiser backs.)
RB - Adrian Peterson - Palestine (6-2 210) (Squatted 550, Benched 320, ran a 4.4 and ran, literally, over everyone.)
WR - Roy Williams - Permian (6-4 190) (Had the height, ups and speed.)
WR - Quincy Morgan - South Garland (6-1 180) (Had the technique of Jerry Rice. He is an all-time great in high school lure.)
WR - Malcom Kelly - Longview (6-4 205) (The Randy Moss of high school football.)
TE - Brian Waters - Waxahachie (6-3 258) (Was a mean, nasty player with great hands and powerful frame. Benched 385lbs as a tight end/d-end in high school. Pretty good speed, with a 4.7.)
OT - Leonard Davis - Wortham (6-8 335) (Massively powerful...avg'd 25 pancakes a game, both junior and senior years.)
OT - Derrick Dockery - Garland Lakeview (6-6 330) (Benched 385lbs, with very long arms. Could engulf you. Pancaked most of his foes.)
OG - Brian Parker - Garland Lakeview (6-3 326) (Benched 405, squatted 555 and ran a, get this, 4.98. Very quick. Superb technique.)
OG - Mike Williams - The Colony (6-5 322) (Massive. Run blocker from hell!!)
C - Dan Neil - Cypress Creek (6-3 280) (Quick, powerful, finess. Rumor is he squatted 600lbs in high school.)
----
DT - Casey Hampton - Galveston Ball (6-1 310) (Explosive. Crap talker)
DT - Shaun Rogers - LaPorte (6-4 325) (Freakishly powerful)
DE - Marcus Saunders - Mesquite (6-4 245) (Ran a 4.6 40, in high school...looked like a junior at Texas A&M, when he was only 15.)
DE - Mean Joe Green - Temple (6-4 230) (Greatest defensive player to ever suit up in the state of Texas.)
LB - Kwaise Palmer - Sulphur Springs (6-4 228) (One of the most natural linebackers I ever saw, from Texas High Schools. Big and dominant.)
LB - Jessie Armstead - Carter (6-3 218) (Phenomenal. Simply the best high school linebacker I ever saw! Period!)
LB - Fred Rogers - Dallas Adamson (6-3 240) (Benched 350, at linebacker and ran a 4.6. He was gigantic and rugged.)
CB - D.T. Woodson - Desoto (6-0 205) (Crap talker. Beautiful hands. Ran like a dear.)
CB - Night Train Lane - Anderson High (6-0 175) (Rugged. Decapitater. Feared)
S - Phillip Littlejohn - North Mesquite (5-9 210) (Biggest crap talker to ever suit up. Powerful too...he squatted 555lbs and benched 320,in High School.)
S - Samir Al-Amin - Garland Lakeview (6-2 195) (Loved to hit. Knocked himself unconscience several times, because he loved the impact. Cleaned 325lbs, as a DB....a DB, in high school. He was as good as they come.)
K - Phil Dawson - Lake Highlands (Warmed up with 70 yard field goals. Need I say more. Phenomenal.)
P - Toby Gowin - Jacksonville (He avg'd over 36 yards a punt...in his high school career.)
KR/PR - Joe Walker - Arlington Lamar (5-9 160) (Only guy to throw a touchdown, run for a touchdown, catch a touchdown, return a punt for td and get an INT, in one game. He was a freak.)

He (Bush), Vince Young, and Jessie Armstead (LB at Dallas Carter) might be among only 20 or so players in HSFB history who made the game boring, due to un-parallel dominance. They went from being pre-teens, straight to being MEN among boys! They just looked so bored when they played. Like, "Oh, well... might as return this kick for a TD." or "Oh, well... might as well sack the QB a few times and tally 25 tackles in the first half." or "Oh, well... let me break off a few 3rd and 30's... just for the helluva it."

I must of missed this a few years ago. Do you have the list of where said players went to college? I could look it up, but I'm lazy.
Because USUALLY "star" players go to power house colleges. There's a few names on there I've never even heard of which makes me curious.
Thanks in advance TGO.
