I never heard of Dallas Molina before until I heard that we are playing them in the playoffs, wierd huh?

By the way, I think this team is a weak team so I think we will get around 20 points.

Dallas Molina (7-3)

Tyler Lee (8-2)

Molina will get blown out - they are the personification of the "just happy to be there" team...

I was going to say that but I didn't want to upset any Molina Fans (I don't think there is any) so I just need to get bold enough to do that.

They play in 11-5A with Bryan Adams, WT White, Carter, Skyline, and Sunset.
They were smoked by Carter and Skyline - and by FW South Hills.

Lee will beat this team like a rented mule...

Dallas Molina lost to Dallas Carter 47-7 which is a big blowout whom Carter lost to Longview and Mesquite, early John Tyler lost to Dallas Carter but this time Dallas Carter will lose to all 3 of 12-5A teams. So, Dallas Molina is like way down there and some of the games they lost in a blowout against weak teams. I expect we give Dallas Molina 0, 3 or 7 points against our great defense. I think our offense has improve alot since North Mesquite game. Anyways, I've never heard of Molina before until I heard them playing against us so that was it. I useally know every single team in Texas and just never heard of this team which is not right. I am going to say its a boring game for us to watch in an easy game until we play Plano East/Rockwall.

Chapel Hill's JV might give Lee a better game than Molina will...

However, for this group to even be in the playoffs is a big accomplishment. Hats off to their kids for what is a milestone year in that program.

Now, reality sets in...

Lee 72 Molina 0

I wouldn't say 72 because our offense is not at 100% but I would say 40 points. I've never seen our team get that much as 50 or 60 points before but it would be nice to see us getting that much points. It would scare the other teams in playoffs. And also, its nice to see other poster from Dallas to talk with us about this game. :)

I wonder who voted Molina or maybe a joke.

Dallas Carter is in their district, along with Bryan Adams, Skyline, and several other weak DISD teams. Carter usually rolls this district every year, only to lose out in the 1st/2nd round of the playoffs. Lee shouldn't have too much trouble, but then again, I didn't think Longview would have much trouble with SG last year. The link below will give you some information on Molina.

I disagree with that. IF ANYTHING, it might give the Lee players/fans too much confidence. IF Lee scores 40+ on Molina, it will because Molina isn't that good. We shall see. I wouldn't be surprised to see Longview and Lee both score 40 on their 11-5A opponents in the first round, but I'll be happy with a win, no matter how many points we may win by, if we win the game. If Lee's coach has any class, if the Raiders were to get up by say 40-7 or 40-14 in the 3rd, I wouldn't be surprised to see the 3rd string/JV in the game getting some reps. If they score 60+, with Molina only scoring 7-14, then they're just running up the score and it does NOTHING for either team. Just my opinion. The same goes for Longview. IF either game ends witha 50+ to 14 score, it will be because the 2nd, 3rd, and JV teams scored points.

I can see that all 4 teams can win against all 4 teams in 11-5A. The closest one would be a rematch Dallas Carter vs John Tyler and I think John Tyler will win this if they unleash K. Hunter more (John Tyler lost to Carter by 5 points and K. Hunter didn't have much yards).

Wasn't Carter up 27-0 before JT came back and made a game out of it?

If TL doesn't shoot themselves in the foot, this game should be over by half time...we will see....

I think so, I remember seening it in the newspaper when John Tyler caught up in the 2nd half. I really do see them win this time and they're in more revenge than Dallas Carter playing all the weak teams in their district making Dallas Carter seem to be playing easier. John Tyler been playing tough in the district so it will make them better.

Anyways, back to this thread.

I think Radford Tylor is coaching Molina. He is somewhat of a DISD miracle worker. He usually gets the most out of what little talent he has. Still REL by alot but this will be more of a game than BA vs Longview. Molina 28 BA 12 this season. They opened 8 or 9 years ago when all the new schools were using Jaguars as a nickname. Molina, Flower Mound, Mes Horn, Mansfield Summit....etc.

Molina is not very good but a lot of heart, I saw them earlier in the year. But I will say this, they have a kicker that is lights out! He kicked a 58 yarder and a 50 yarder in that game and missed a 48 yarder. The refs said it was wide left but it looked good to me, also the running back Caro(sp) has the heart of a champion, he just does not have the O-line to help him he was third in the metroplex with almost 1400 yards. I can't imagine what he would have had with a good line.

all of tyler lee's games are close. i will be surprised if this one isnt close. this years team is not gonna blow anybody out this year. we always play to the level of the opponent. we will probobly win 24-7 or 17-6 to this team

If Lee doesn't take this game by at least 28 pts... something is seriously wrong..The starters shouldn't be playing by the middle of the 3rd.

oh no. jt was down 21-7 or somethin like that and came back and got the lead and lost it again.
